Brown meat with the chili powder, cumin and salt and pepper over high heat, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat.
Spoon meat down the centers of the tortillas, top with the remaining ingredients.
Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style and serve with the hot sauce.
3/4 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon chili powder
11/4 teaspoons ground cumin
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 10-inch flour tortillas, warmed
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar
1/2 cup guacamole
1/4 cup sour cream
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
